Job Description: 

• Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support).
• Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications
• Performs on-site and remote technical support, Perform technology needs analysis.
• Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs.
• Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
• Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
• Manages small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.

Desired Skills:

• Min 2 yrs of exp as a System/Network Administrator on a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies. Candidate must be very proficient in Windows and UNIX system administration and shell scripting.
• Linux administrations over various services like Samba, LDAP etc…
• Windows 2003-2008 server domain and active directory.
• Highly developed verbal and written communications.
